The Person Behind the Practice

Chartered Accountant by training. Career and college counsellor by calling. Anjali brings the same structured, analytical thinking she built as a CA to a much more personal question — what actually fits a student, not just what looks good on paper.

My StoryI'm a Chartered Accountant by training, and that analytical, structured way of thinking still shapes how I work today. For well over a decade, I've been mentoring students on their career and college decisions — starting as a foreign education consultant, and continuing informally in the years since, alongside everything else I was doing. One of those students was later admitted to both Oxford and LSE. Eventually, that ongoing work became this practice.

My ApproachI believe every student has a genuine strength worth building on — the work is finding it, not forcing a fit. My role is to help students, and their parents, arrive at a decision everyone believes in — grounded in real self-understanding, not pressure or trend-chasing. And having navigated my own daughter's career decisions myself, I don't just understand this process professionally — I understand it as a parent, too.

Why I Work With Few Families at a TimeThis isn't a practice built to scale to hundreds of students. I work closely with a limited number of families at a time, because the depth this work needs — knowing a student well enough to see what genuinely fits them — doesn't happen at volume.
